For one private VIP client, the beginning was not a prescribed design. It was the confidence to place a deeply personal commission in Elmira’s hands.
That trust gave space to a creative direction shaped by Elmira’s design philosophy: a jewel should express its wearer, invite a closer look and have a meaningful place in her life. Listening and interpretation came first. The final silhouette followed.
Flowing script became the starting point for a personal brooch and hair jewel, its curves illuminated by a play of colour and light. From the outset, its design also embraced a practical ambition: to extend the brooch’s utility beyond its traditional use on clothing.
Marquise emeralds, round blue sapphires, heart-shaped pink sapphires and round diamonds are set in 18K white gold. Every gemstone and diamond is of pure natural origin and of the highest grade, untreated and unheated—selected for the enduring quality befitting a family heirloom.

From its conception, the brooch united expressive beauty with considered wearability. Its proportions, balance, orientation and fastening were considered alongside its expressive line.
The intention was to create a brooch with more than one considered use: a personal signature that could be worn on clothing and incorporated into the client’s hairstyle. Both applications informed the design from the beginning.

From the outset, the brooch was envisioned to grace both clothing and coiffure. Elmira conceived this additional use to enhance the versatility of a jewel traditionally worn on clothing.
Its flowing lines were considered in relation to the hairstyle, while the gemstone accents would offer a small, unmistakable point of colour and light. Form and practical use were developed together.
That planned versatility was successfully brought to life. Worn as a hair accessory, the brooch became part of the overall composition—an individual finishing touch with a presence of its own.
